Organisers
How do I create a tournament?
Tap Create a tournament, add your players, pick a format, create your free organiser account at the last step and share the link. It takes about five minutes.
How many teams can I have?
Between 4 and 24 teams, on as many courts as you have.
I lost my admin PIN. What now?
Log in to your organiser account and open the tournament from My tournaments, or use the organiser recovery link you saved. If you've lost both, email support@itournee.com from the organiser email.
Can I change the setup after publishing?
Yes. From the organiser tools you can edit teams, courts, timings and the code word.
Does it cost anything?
It's free whilst in beta. See the pricing page for what happens afterwards.
Players
Do players need an app or an account?
No. Players open the link in their phone browser and pick their team. Nothing to download and no log-in. Only the organiser has an account.
How do players find the tournament?
Share the link or QR code, or tell them the code word to type in under Join.
Can my phone remember my team?
Yes. Your team choice is saved on your phone for that tournament only.
Scores and knockouts
Who can enter scores?
By default anyone with the link. The organiser can switch to PIN-only scoring.
How do I fix a wrong score?
Open the match, unlock with the admin PIN and change it. Tables and knockouts update everywhere.
How are the knockouts seeded?
From the group tables, using the tie-break order shown on each tournament's Rules page.
What is golden point?
At deuce, the next point wins the game. Each tournament's Rules page shows the scoring it uses.
