Charity padel tournament

A charity padel tournament brings players together for a good cause, and the organising should be the easy part. iTournee handles balanced teams, an automatic court schedule, and live scores on every player's phone from one shared link, so you can focus on the event itself rather than spreadsheets. Note that iTournee is a tournament organiser only — it does not collect donations or entry fees, so you'll need to handle fundraising separately. Set it up at /new.

How it works for your charity event

Paste in your list of registered players and let the balanced random draw create fair pairs, or use fixed partners if sponsors or teams have signed up together. Groups then Main and Plate knockouts works well for a bigger charity day, giving every team several matches even if they don't make the Main draw.

Players open the shared link or type the code word on their phone to see their next match and court — no app download needed, which keeps things simple for a one-off event with players of all backgrounds. The organiser admin lets you send announcements, handle walkovers, and export the final standings as a CSV afterwards for your charity's records.

Practical tips for organising

  • Print the bracket and schedule with a QR code so sponsors and spectators can follow along on their own phones.
  • Use the CSV export for a simple record of results and attendance after the event.
  • A third-place match is optional if you want an extra game for charity photos and prize-giving.
  • See seeding and balancing padel teams if you're mixing experienced club players with first-timers.

iTournee organises the matches and schedule only — it doesn't collect donations, sponsorship or entry fees, so arrange payment collection through your usual charity channels.
