Padel club social night tournament

A padel club social night works best when everyone gets a fair mix of games, the scoring is simple, and nobody is stuck waiting around between matches. iTournee builds the whole evening for you: balanced teams, a court schedule, and live scores on every player's phone, all from one shared link. Create the event on /new and share the code word — no app download, no accounts, no admin for you to chase during the night.

How it works for your club night

Paste your member list into the Players step and let iTournee's balanced random draw create pairs — or lock in fixed partners if some members always play together. Pick a format: a League (round robin) so everyone plays everyone, or Groups then Main and Plate knockouts if you want a bit of drama at the end. The schedule is built automatically for your number of courts and your finish time, with changeover gaps so nobody double-books a court.

On the night, players open their link or type the code word on their own phone. Home shows their next match, court and opponent, and scores update live for everyone watching from the clubhouse bar. If someone turns up late or a match overruns, use Running late to push the round back for everyone at once.

Practical tips for a smooth social night

  • Use the Quick social preset (timed matches, golden point) so every round finishes together, even with mixed abilities.
  • Turn on the Mixed pairs draw if you want balanced men/women pairings for the night.
  • Print the printable view for the noticeboard, with a QR code so latecomers can join the live link straight away.
  • Add a scheduled break between rounds if you want time for drinks or a quick briefing.

Padel (sometimes spelt paddle) club nights work well with any group size from 12 to 48 players — the schedule adjusts automatically.
