How it works for your company event
Paste in the list of names — colleagues, clients, or a mix — and let the balanced random draw create fair pairs, so nobody feels like teams were picked by the usual office cliques. Choose Groups then Main knockout if you want a clear winner for the trophy, or a League for a more relaxed round-robin format where everyone gets the same number of games.
The schedule builds itself around your court bookings and the time you've got, with changeovers built in. Each player opens the shared link on their phone to see their next match, court and opponent — no accounts to set up, nothing for IT to approve. You keep control from the organiser admin, including a PIN-protected recovery link and an announcements feature for last-minute changes.

Practical tips for organising
- Use fixed partners if you want to guarantee mixed-department pairs rather than a fully random draw.
- Export the final standings as CSV afterwards for an internal recap email.
- Print a bracket and schedule sheet for the venue noticeboard with a QR code to the live link.
- Check padel tournament formats if you're deciding between a knockout and a league for your group size.
